I’m Brandon, the owner of Coeur Athletics, and I’m here to help you become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of yourself. My journey into fitness wasn’t just about lifting weights—it was about overcoming obstacles, pushing past limitations, and learning that true strength comes from both the body and mind.

 

After years of construction work and extreme sports, I’ve had my fair share of injuries. Like many, I thought surgeries and time off were the only answers, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Through movement, proper training, and injury prevention, I discovered how to heal, rebuild, and come back stronger than ever. Now, I use that knowledge to help others avoid the same struggles and take control of their health before injuries, setbacks, or self-doubt hold them back.
